Hiring Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age, or 21 for some positions
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or 10 years of verifiable employment history
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to undergo an employment background check
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • DMV driving record check for all company car drivers
  • Provision and verification of personal references
  • Ability to pass an initial drug screen and periodic routine spot testing
  • Reliable transportation
  • Reliable means of communication
  • Current State of Hawaii Act 208 guard card
